FacilityFORCE will draw up a master agreement which clearly records the parties involved and the validity period. Once you have chosen the facilities service package that offers optimal flexibility to the dynamics of your organisation, the package will be documented in the service level agreement (SLA). The SLA will contain the agreements regarding frequency and quality of the services offered.

 

All services will be registered and executed in accordance with a predetermined process in which quality assurance and continuity are paramount.

 

FacilityFORCE guarantees you an excellent price/quality ratio. To guarantee this quality, we will regularly hire independent inspection agencies to conduct quality checks.

 

We process all activities in our Facilities Management Information System (FMIS). This system functions as a knowledge database and offers a huge number of reporting facilities.
